This is our second day in Auckland and I took the Hop On and Hop Off bus. I got off several places but the best was the Auckland Museum. It has a lot of the history of New Zealand, both the Maori and European's who settled the land. These was a Maori Meeting house, I am posting pictures of the inside and the carvings that were on all the walls. There is also one of me inside the house. There is another picture that is of one of the last Maori war canoes. It could hold 100 warriors and I could not get all of it in a picture. It was very impressive. Auckland is a really lovely city. We had great weather and everyone was very friendly.
